Kevin Danzig & the Gandy Dancers release NEW SINGLE “Out Of My Way” is the new song penned by singer/songwriter Kevin Danzig and recorded with his group Gandy Dancers.
Originally released on Kevin’s self titled album in 2004 under “Kevin Danzig” the song lyric has been altered and modernized.
It’s a favorite original performed by the band and this recording should show listeners why this group is quickly becoming one of Colorado’s up and coming Americana/Bluegrass/Rock groups.
A follow up to their 2024 release “8 TRACKS” is scheduled for this summer of 2026 that will include this song as well as 9 more songs.
This time the album will include a few cover songs that they make their own like the Beatle’s “Tomorrow Never Knows” from Revolver and their own version of “Stairway to Freebird” that has the lyric of Freebird sung to the music of Stairway to Heaven only to swap around at the end and have lyrics to Stairway to Heaven sung to the Freebird jam.
