Ski Cooper has closed for the season.
A message from the ski area: With the recent heat wave and an increasingly thin snow base, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to close for the season. Our final day will be Sunday, March 22. This is not the outcome we had hoped for, and we know it’s disappointing. Please know we did everything we could to extend the season and keep the mountain open for you. Please check our website if you will be coming this week as our plans may be altered with limited trails or an earlier closing if needed.
We also want to recognize our amazing Cooper team. Their dedication, creativity, and hard work—moving snow and maintaining terrain day after day—made it possible for us to stretch this season as far as we did. We couldn’t be more grateful for their efforts.
While this season didn’t bring the conditions we all hoped for, we’re already looking ahead with optimism. Thank you again for being part of this season with us—we hope to welcome you back next year to better snow and brighter days.
