Vail Valley Running Club, a group of people who meet every Monday evening for a run during Spring, Summer and into Fall, is starting back up again this upcoming Monday (4/21)!
The best part about the Vail Valley Running Club is that it is great for all levels and abilities. Everyone starts together at a trailhead near Crazy Mountain Brewery. You can run at your own pace and comfort level and choose how far you want to run that day, whether it be 7 miles or 1 mile.
Vail Valley Running Club is free to join and accepts all ages (dogs welcome too!). They meet at Crazy Mountain at 6:00pm on Monday evenings to begin the run and return to the same spot for refreshments. Running Club members receive discounted $2 pints of beer after the run!
The club founder, Howard Head Sports Medicine, has several physical therapist running club members who can help you work on your gait while you run. They are available for questions you have about running as well.
