September 21 is the date for a new free musical festival announced by Beaver Creek today. The event is an attempt to bring continued excitement to the area during a usual down time like the fall.

This one day music event will be used to highlight all the great music planned throughout the season at Beaver Creek.

The artists list which were announced live on KZYR and hinted at for a few days includes Andrew Ripp whose songs “Cool Ya” and “Falling For The Beat” from his debut release “Wont Let Go.” Other artists include Jackopierce an alternative rock band and Country singer Zane Williams both from Texas.

Other acts performing at the inaugural event include Dave Barnes and Melinda Doolittle a singer who gained prominence on “American Idol.”

A few things will separate this music fest from others including the lack of admission. The free shows will feature each performer telling their stories as they perform in an interactive performance.
